How do I join?
Step 1 – register yourself on our website here.
Step 2 – go to the products page, choose your membership and pop it into the basket.
Step 3 – Proceed to the checkout and complete your purchase.
Step 4 – You will receive a confirmation email and your membership will last for 12 months from date of successful purchase. Your membership welcome pack will be sent to you in the post.
How do I register?
1. In the UK enter your house number, your postcode and click ‘Lookup Postcode’ button, then choose your address from the list. You may also enter your address manually if it is not on the list.
2. For rest of the world choose your country from the list from the bottom of the form, then the page will reload.
3. For the USA choose United States from the list at the bottom of the form, then the page will reload. Now pick your State from the list.
4. Complete the form with your contact details and enter your email address to create your username. You must also create your own password which must be at least eight characters in length. The password you create can be a mix of letters and numbers. Also enter your post code / Zip Code.
5. Click Submit to register on the site.
6. We will send you a confirmation email soon after.
7. Now you can login to the site using the username (your email address) and password you created during registration.
8. After you have successfully logged in you will be presented with a selection of Membership options to choose from. Pick one of these and proceed to ‘My Cart’ and the Checkout. You may also add other club products to your cart if you wish. Make a payment and if successful your membership will be completed.
How do I renew?
You can renew your membership of the Bachmann Collectors Club online up to one calendar month in advanced of the expiry end date, or you can call on 01455 245565 at any time. There is no need to re-register for the website. Your membership number remains the same.
However, if your membership has lapsed more than 12 months ago and your login no longer works, you may need to register again, and you will be issued a new membership number.
How do I add a different delivery address to my order?
This is done at the checkout stage of your order.
Click the ‘Enter Address’ button In the ‘Delivery Address’ section under the drop-down list. You'll be taken to the Delivery Address entry screen. Complete Address details and then click the ‘Confirm’ button.
You will be taken back to the ‘Checkout’ page, where the new address will be shown. You MUST now click the Save Address button! This will store the address in the ‘My Account’ part of the website.
You may now proceed to complete your order with the new Delivery address. Because the new address is now stored, you can select between them from the drop-down list above.
How do I manage my addresses?
Click My Account link on the top menu. Under the Address tab, there is a drop-down list from which you can select all your stored addresses. Below the address selected you have the option to ‘Update’ the details, or ‘Delete’ the record, or ‘Cancel’ to leave it as it is.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, and Maestro.
How much postage will I pay on my order?
You can find all the postage price details under ‘Delivery Information’ on this website.
I have not received the goods yet, what should I do?
If your goods have exceeded the typical delivery time please call the club office and one of our staff members will investigate.
My order is damaged, what should I do?
We would ask that you contact the club office and we will then advise you further. For further information, please read our ‘Returns Policy’ on this website.
When does my membership expire?
Membership lasts for 12 months from date of successful purchase. You can find the expiry date in the ‘My Account’ part of the website.
When was my magazine dispatched?
The club magazine is sent out four times each year. February, May, August and November.
When do I receive my free calendar?
The club calendar is issued with the Winter magazine in November.
I have forgotten my membership login details for this website, what shall I do?
Your membership number will be on your membership card. If you cannot remember your password please click on ‘Forgotten Your Password’ on the login box. If you know the email address that is associated with our website, please click the 'Forgotten Your Password' link when attempting to log in.
