We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with our computer systems which may lead to some items showing as 'Out of Stock' on our website and may also prevent customers from joining the Bachmann Collectors Club, renewing membership with us or placing product orders. If you have recently placed an order with us and your order status shows as 'Order Received', this means that your order is now with our despatch department and should be with you soon. Orders with a status of 'Pending' or 'Payment Received' will be processed and despatched as soon as we have overcome these difficulties. Where a membership has been purchased or renewed, the membership renewal date may not be displayed correctly until the order status reads 'Order Received'.
