At the start of September, 150 Bachmann Collectors Club members joined us at the Churnet Valley Railway for our 2018 Members Day! The FREE day out included train rides, guided tours ‘behind the scenes’ and a cab-ride around Cheddleton yard in a diesel shunter – plus a free packed lunch too!
Our members were also the first to see the latest developments on display in the Bachmann Showcase with samples of highly anticipated models such as the OO scale Class 24 diesel and Class 158 Diesel Multiple Unit and the N scale Thompson Coaches unveiled in public for the first time.
We’ll have a full round-up of the day in the Winter edition of the Bachmann Times which will be arriving on doormats at the start of December along with your 2019 Calendar. We hope that everyone that attended the day enjoyed it as much as we did – made all the better by the fantastic weather.
